I wish you a Happy Easter, my dears! ♥
I just noticed that I haven't published my free crochet pattern the lamb brooch/applique here at the blog yet. I am shocked :-)... I designed this little sweet brooch for my baby girl in 2013. I just realized that I have already published a free pattern on my previous website, but not here. I am sorry :-). So I hope, you don't mind, that it comes here after Easter. I guess you can use it any time, what do you think? I wish you happy crocheting, my dears. ♥

Don't turn the work and continue with the left ear. Make CH5, insert hook in the second stitch from the hook and make 1 DC, 1 SC in next 3 stitches, 1 SlSt, end the work. Neaten free threads.
Body
Use white yarn, hook 3 and crochet in flat rows.

Row 2: CH 3 as a first DC, 1 DC in very first stitch, 1 DC in next 7 stitches, 2 DC in lasts stitch (11 DC), turn the work

Turn the work to the right side.
Make an edge; crochet from the right lower corner to the upper left corner. Insert a hook in the corner stitch and crochet CH 3, 1 SlSt in the next stitch, repeat to the left upper corner, end the work with SlSt.
Place the head on the body partially and sew these parts together. Don't remember to shape the ears nicely. Use small black beads as the eyes. Use thin embroidery cotton thread and tapestry needle and sew the nose. Sew the beads as legs. Embellish the body with white beads. Embellish the head by tiny heart button average 5mm.
Copy the shape of the lamb on the felt and cut it out with scissors. Sew these two parts together by using a blanket stitch.
Sew the brooch pin on the backside.
Well, it was quick, right? :-) I hope, you enjoyed crocheting with me :-)
