do you know what? I miss the sun and colors. I realized, that in February I am always creating so colorful projects. And I think that this is because I miss the colors. I am not a winter person. I am spring and summer person. Yes! And now, you know it :-)
So I took a look at my recent work for absorbing some colors and I realized, that I didn't write the pattern for pigtails hat! I was thinking about the beginning of my work, when I made one hat a day, with all that embellishment, it was quite a lot of work. Maybe I should take a look at my old hats and write some pattern too. What do you think? Do you remember some of my hats? Write me in the comments below, if yes or no.
But back to pigtails hat! I used my favorite Catania yarn again and lovely sweet colors.

OK, I barely found my feet and the end of the first month of the new year is over. And what was it?
The first month of the new year is always fulfilled by the expectations more than the others. It is like to take a deep breath again, don't you think?
And I was on my optimistic wave again, and my TO-DO list was really full.
Well, I had to change the plans - the universe stopped me again! :-) But yes, something on my list was done (note for February: write TO-DO list not so much optimistic :-) ). Do you love that feeling, when you mark something as DONE! :-) I love that!
I was thinking about that I should finally clean up the Christmas embellishment. We are almost the only one in the street. And do you know what? The tulips on the garden are 2 inches above the ground! But I really love Christmas decoration.
I was a little bit sad from all that after Christmas cleaning up. But suddenly one of my nice customers called me, that she really needs my moose Bob as a gift and yesterday was late. And I heard a happy voice in my head - the Christmas is prolonged! :-) So, I created one quick Bob for her. And it had a lot of success. I am always sooooooooo happy to hear that! :-) So, I officially closed the Christmas in my mind with happiness.
And what will be next? I took a quick look at my January list.
Oh yes, someone with the blond hair and brave in the heart is waiting for me :-) Still testing the Little prince pattern!
And in the meantime..... just make so owls. It is so long I designed some :-) You know me, I am addicted to owls :-)

The colors are perfect. They looks like a foggy morning :-) That was my first though, when I saw them. The shades really suits to Januray from my point of view. I am always so suprise with the colors of the KnitCrates!

The fibers are consists of 80% superwash wool and 20% nylon. Do you remember my November KnitCrate review? The yarns are really very similiar at the first touch.

Well, I really like the texture of this yarn. It is produced by Audine Wools and they are dyed exclusively for KnitCrate. The colors are gorgeous. I found two shades in my package: Dry Leaves and Breathless. They fit to each other and make intersting look together.
Speaking about the designs, there are two patterns in this kit, one knitted and one crocheted. As always, very clever idea :-)
