how is your summer? :-) My hooks are on the fire and yours? :-) If you follow my instagram, you know, that I am not lazy girl. I love instragram, but I don't forget on my diary :-)

My dear diary, I was busy like a bee and I love it! I wrote some new patterns, wrote some free patterns, made some updates, made a Birthday cake for my little one and I crocheted some neeeeews :-) And I decided that will write about news I made dutifully and regularly :-)  

So today,something new :-) My new blue bag with big flower. I love it. The colors combo, the textuted pattern, the size and material, all is perfect for me :-) 

... as you see, this bag in not my favorite only LOL

I love to use the strap with little snap hooks. I always remove it from old bag and give it to new one :-) It is variable and the color is neutral, so it suits to almost colors :-)

If you would like to crochet the bag, the pattern is in my pattern store already :-) Just on Etsy but I will add it to the other stores soon too :-).

Hi my dears,

do you know what? The time is running sooooo fast. My little girl celebrated her 9th Birthday ♥. I can't belive it. She loves My little ponies, and she wished a cake with a pony. And all month I pumped her: "What pony from all do you love most? " And everytime she said someone else :-) So I took all my courage and make 6 main ponies from My little pony group and made a cake :-)  She was so happy, when she saw it. And I was so happy too. And I found new recipe for cake base, my previous was great to but this one - I have only one word - delicious! :-) And of course our favorite raspberries inside :-)

So my love, I wish you strong health and positive energy around you. Stay happy!

Do you like granny squares? I do! So I joined grannies and buttons and yes, I love this bag. It is big enough for shopping with my girls :-) Do you see? I am slowly getting back to my natual hair color :-) 

And yes, sometimes I am wearing a jeans, but it is not so often. I am still obsessed by wearing skirts :-)

you know, every crocheter or knitter has own "number one" yarn. Well, I found "my star" long time ago. It is Kacenka by Nitarna Ceska Trebova, Czech production. I love this yarn for it's wonderful colors, 5 stars quality and it is certificated for children stuff under 3 years old. I really like this yarn in my hands - it is so pleasant and soft and did I tell you about these amazing colors? :-) I am pretty sure, that you know some of my creations made by Kacenka e.g. Rainbow purse, cat Lisa, Rainbow dogie, Emma - the owl, Little bear, Funny hens, Sweet Angel, Frankie - reindeer, Mermaid Francesca, White rabbit, the Fox and my original designs of crazy rainbow bag and rainbow tree and many other creations.

When I am designig and writing the patterns, I am always thinking about the yarn, you could work with too. I was still looking for the yarn, I will love and I could reccomend to you and you could buy it worldwide. Because I wanted to be sure, that you will be satisfied. And although I bought and tested many and many yarn and some were really good, Kacenka is still my star. I am tired of looking for something else... so I make a big decission! :-) Today I opened my small yarn shop on Etsy called Colorful Yarn Shop. I have to tell you, that I was thinking about it for years, that one day I could open a yarn shop. And today, it was that day :-) You know, I don't want to be a yarn seller, I am crochet designer, first of all. I love my work. I would not change anything, even if sometimes I am very sad and frustrated, when I see my work stolen and ..., but this is another story. The colorful world I am creating is an inseparable part of my life, my passion, it is me :-)

I am here with a new blog post, as I promised :-) So, I said, something new is on my hook :-) And as always not one thing, but I guess, you know it very well too :-). I promise, that I will write my owl hoodie cardi pattern, so I am working on it very intensively right now and when I need to make a little break I am testing my new bag pattern. I am really curious, how you will like it :-)

I just finished a testing of my new pattern - the Sweet owl.

I used a new stitch and I really like it! I don't know it's name and I don't care :-), but I am  pretty sure, you will see it on my other creations :-)

Main info about the pattern: Instant digital download, PDF file, English language, US terms

Needed material:

• 5 ply/ 12 wpi/ fine yarn calls for 3,5 mm hook (US E hook)
• hook 3 (5/0) and 3,5 mm (US E hook)
• tapestry needle
• common sewing thread and needle
• 1 white button average 9 mm
• 2 black buttons average 15 mm
• toy filling
• scissors

I used: 

Mix of cotton and acrylic yarn, Stone washed by Scheepjeswol, weight: Sport/ 5ply (12 wpi), Yardage: 130 m / 142 yds in (50g), Gauge: 24 stitches in 4 inch (10 cm).  You will need about 66 g of yarn totally.
