Hi my dears,
maybe you noticed, that I hid the Rainbow tree pattern! Oh yes, I did it - and it was because I made the update. I used new material and made some updates in instruction as well.
I crocheted my rainbow tree again. And I have to tell you, that I really enjoyed it very much! I love this decoration soooooo much! I placed it on our window parapet and it really lights up this place :-)
The crochet pattern of this colorful tree flied out into the world again :-)

Needed material:
- some worsted/ 10 ply /medium yarn/ group 4
- hook 4.5 mm (US 7)
- tapestry needle
- common sewing thread and needle
- flower buttons average average 1,75 cm (14 pieces)
- mix of wooden and acrylic beads sizes: 4/6/10/14 mm
- Toho beads-cubes average 4 mm (turquoise, green)
- 1 button average 34 mm
- 1 bird button by e.g. Dress it up, Jesse James
- toy filling
- natural string
- scissors
- small piece of PVC pad
100% non-mercerized Cotton yarn - Sugar'n Cream Solids and Denim by Lily. You will need about 150 grams / between 250 – 260 yards of yarn totally.
Measurement of finished tree:
The tree is 35 cm /13.8 inches tall. Please remember, that the size of finished project depends on used material and your own style of crocheting.

DeleteI absolutely LOVE how many details you incorporate in your crotcheting. I don't think I have ever seen anyone use pearls and buttons in such a creative and playful way.
